3. | 雙手沾醋水(1杯水+2大匙醋),取適量壽司飯捏成橄欖球狀後鑲入油豆腐皮內。開口出沾上些許芝麻。 重複此步驟將剩餘的壽司飯和豆皮包完。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare Sushi Rice . |
2. | Prepare Inari Age. |
3. | Wet both hands with vinegar water (1 cup of water + 2 tbs. of vinegar). Pick up a small amount of rice and form it into a small football shape. Stuff the rice ball into one tofu pocket. Sprinkle a few sesame seeds on the rice. Repeat this step for the rest of the sushi rice and tofu pockets. |
